Bertrand Pébrier

Bertrand Pébrier is a partner in the corporate department. He advises companies on a day-to-day basis in the course of their development, ranging from the acquisition of target companies to the restructuring of activities. He actively cooperates with the firm’s tax and social law as well as public law teams. He is highly experienced in contentious matters, whether in court or subject to arbitration. He supports his clients as early in the process as possible, including the preparation of pre-litigation strategies, and represents them during proceedings.

Education

Bertrand Pébrier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989. He holds a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in Business Law and a DEA in English and North American Business Law. He also has a degree from the Comparative Law Institute.
