Vincent Siguier

Vincent Siguier is a partner in the Corporate department. He works in the area of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, capital investment, company law and restructuring. He advises groups of companies, both listed and private, particularly in the information technology, telecommunications and distribution sectors in both industry and healthcare facilities.

Education

Vincent Siguier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1994. He holds a master's degree in Business and Taxation Law from the Université de Paris - I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Masters in Law and International Business Management from the ESCP (Ecole Supérieur de Commerce de Paris)
